King City Planning Commission Meeting on April 24th

The New Home Company is in the process of submitting an application for the development of the Kingston Terrace Town Center. The Town Center is located on the west end of the expansion area, between Roy Rogers Road and Elsner Road, and between Beef Bend and the Tualatin River.

A public hearing for this project will be held on April 24th at 9:30am.  At that public hearing, there will be regular testimony from New Homes Company, and public testimony will be taken.  According to King City’s notice, there will be seven combined applications involved:

  • Minor Land Partition
  • Subdivision
  • Development Plan Review
  • Upland Wildlife HCA Review
  • Kingston Terrace Goal 5 Safe Harbor Review
  • Floodplain and Drainage Hazard Review
  • Tree Removal Permit
